NEWSSri Lanka President flees as citizens, soldiers invade residence over poverty!

 

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka has fled his official residence.


Last Saturday, thousands of protesters stormed the home as they continued their demand for his resignation.


The President was hurriedly transported to the Army headquarters hours before the invasion.


Sri Lankan military personnel joined the demonstrators who broke police barricades and entered.


Dozens, including two police officers, are injured and receiving treatment, the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL) confirmed.


The citizens have been complaining about poverty, cost of living and Rajapaksa’s handling of the economic crisis.


The people are struggling to get jobs, pay rent, buy food, medicine, petroleum products, among others.


Videos and photos showing protesters breaking in and swimming in the President’s house have emerged.


Some were cooking food in the kitchen as others moved about for a tour of the presidential residence.


With a population of 22 million, the South Asian nation faces its worst financial crisis in decades.


At least 16 members of parliament from Rajapaksa’s party Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna have asked him to resign.


Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has summoned an emergency meeting of party leaders.

Girl,8,miraculously survives falling onto spike that pierced through her mouth

 WARNING, GRAPHIC MATERIAL: A girl somehow survived falling on a metal rod that impaled her neck all the way up through her mouth in a shocking construction site accident. A girl has miraculously survived a horror building site accident that left her with a spike sticking out of her mouth. Woman's pet Camel raped her to Death!

A woman in Australia has been killed by her pet camel after the animal may have tried to have sex with her. The woman was found dead at the family's sheep and cattle ranch near the town of Mitchell in Queensland. The woman had been given the camel as a 60th birthday present earlier this year by her husband because of her love of exotic pets. The camel was  10 months old but already weighed 152kg (336lbs) and had a history of eractic behavior! On Saturday, the woman apparently became the object of the male camel's desire! He knocked her to the ground and began  making sex attempts at her! He lay on top of her straddling her until she ran out of oxygen and died due to the unbearable pressure. Young camels are not normally aggressive but can become more threatening if treated and raised as pets. What a tragic way to die!  A viral video making the rounds online shows the moment a woman pooed inside Tim Hortons fast food restaurant in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, then tossed the poo at an employee following a heated argument. In the video reportedly shot on Monday, the woman is seen screaming at an employee of Tim Hortons. She then reaches for a paper towel on a counter and starts to pull her pants down.  Austin Stevens was arrested and charged after his daughter Zara Scruggs was sexually and fatally assaulted at his apartment in Lower Providence Township, Pennsylvania. LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — The Montgomery County father who police said raped his 10-month-old daughter to death has deep ties to the local community. BABY DIES AND MOTHER INSANE

 ln a town known as Okada,in Edo State, a python About 10fts long swAllowed a baby which people said was 6months old.  According to eye witness the baby was left on a mat outside before the python swallowed the baby. He then raised an alarm and the python was killed, but it was too late. It was gathered that the Mother had carelessly left the baby in the varanda of the not so secured a house to attend to some kitchen things when the unfortunate incident took place! She fainted at the scene and when she came up,she had lost her mind for the unbearable loss of her baby; her only child after 8 years of marriage! To couple with that, lt is interesting to note that two months earlier the husband of this same woman had been ran over by a motor cycle on his way to the farm and died flat! Baby died, swallowed by a python and mother left insane as her soul could not take in anymore the misery she was passing through.

Plane Passenger Shot in mid-air after Aircraft was fired at from the ground

 A PLANE passenger was shot in mid-air in Myanmar after a bullet fired by a gunman on the ground pierced through the fuselage. The Myanmar National Airlines plane, carrying 63 passengers, was hit as it was about to touch down in Loikaw – the capital of the eastern state of Kayah – on Friday. The bullet ripped through the plane and struck a passenger. The passenger was rushed to hospital after he was shot. Shocking images showed the bullet hole in the aircraft and a male passenger sat in his seat surrounded by blood-soaked tissues. He can be seen slumped in his chair as he held a tissue to the right side of his neck and cheek to try and stop the bleeding before he was rushed to hospital once the plane landed. Nurse Arrested for piercing the Eyes of new born baby.

 According to DailyTrust, a nurse named Folashade Adesina has been arrested for piercing the newborn baby’s eye with an injection needle only minutes after she was born in order to avenge a punishment she received at school. The personnel of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital in Sokoto approached the baby’s mother, Asma’u Ahmad Tijjani, to ask some questions. According to Asma’u, who is a non-academic staff of Sokoto Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN); “Immediately after my delivery, my nurse told me Folashade told her that I gave her a carryover.
